It was so exciting to be a part of the groundbreaking event for the new Chubbuck Road Solar Facility. This project is a shining example of how the Town of Bedford, NH is addressing issues of energy and environmental health we face today, and those we may face in the future. This is a great financial investment for the city, with a clearly laid out path to paying itself off, and a great use of capped landfill space. Thank you to the Bedford Energy Commission and the Department of Public Works for all of the hard work and coordination that went into making this project a reality. I can’t wait to see it come to fruition!
