Pictured at the left is Bedford senior Zainab who took first place in the New Hampshire Youth of the Year contest by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America out of 6 outstanding candidates.
This honor recognizes young people who demonstrate “leadership, service, academic excellence, and dedication to living a healthy lifestyle.”
As Teen Ambassador of the Year, Zainab will receive a college scholarship from the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and will be part of the regional Youth of the Year event.
