Great news for District 9! Since the passage of my SB 99 Rooms & Meals Tax legislation, our communities have seen an additional $2.84 million in Rooms & Meals revenue—doubling local distributions from $2.85 million in FY20 to $5.69 million in FY26.

This is exactly why I fought for this legislation: to ensure the communities that help drive New Hampshire’s economy receive a greater share of the revenue they generate. Those dollars help towns invest in local priorities while also supporting state investments that keep New Hampshire’s public schools among the best in the nation.

I’m proud to have delivered results that strengthen our local communities, support our schools, and make a lasting investment in the future of District 9. Thank you for your continued support!
